This user agreement is the first updated version of the platform.

If you do not agree to this User Agreement, you may not use or voluntarily cancel JustChat and the services provided.
1.1 This User Agreement includes all of the following text and all rules, interpretations, statements, notices, etc. that have been published or may be published in the future by the JustChat website and mobile client. All such rules, interpretations, statements and notices are considered to be part of this User Agreement and have the same legal effect.
1.2 By downloading, registering, logging in, using and connecting to the "JustChat" service, the User is deemed to have fully understood, accepted and agreed to comply with all of the contents of this User Agreement. "JustChat reserves the right to unilaterally modify the User Agreement, if necessary, and to post such changes through the Website and/or Client without separate notice. The modified Agreement shall replace the old version of the Agreement upon posting and shall automatically be updated as the applicable Agreement between the User and "JustChat". 1.3 The ownership, operation and interpretation of all services on the "JustChat" website and mobile client are the property of the Company. By agreeing to the contents of this User Agreement and completing the registration process, the User becomes an official user of "JustChat" and is deemed to have confirmed that he or she has the ability to act independently, is clear about his or her corresponding rights, and can assume legal responsibility independently.
1.4 If you are under 18 years of age, you must use the JustChat website and mobile client under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
1.5 The User hereby declares that he/she has fully understood all the contents of this User Agreement and does not have any material misunderstanding, and that he/she recognizes that there is no unfairness in this User Agreement.
2.1 User Personal Information. To register for an account on the JustChat platform, users must pass the authentication of their real identity information in accordance with the principle of "real name in the background and voluntary in the foreground". User personal information includes, but is not limited to, the user's real name, ID number, avatar, cell phone number, bank account, third-party payment account, email, etc.
2.2 Non-User Personal Information. All information recorded by the user on the JustChat website and mobile client server, including the user's private chat, operating status, usage records, usage habits, etc. All information other than the personal information of users listed in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be considered non-user personal information.
2.3 Registration Information. The account name, avatar and profile submitted by the User to JustChat shall not contain illegal or undesirable information. The Company reserves the right not to register accounts that contain such illegal or undesirable information. At the same time, in order to protect the personal information of users and the privacy of citizens, "JustChat" will consciously accept social supervision and promptly deal with illegal and undesirable information in account names, avatars, profiles and other registration information reported by the public.
2.4 Third-party platform records. Users who register, log in, and use JustChat services through Weibo, WeChat, and other third-party platforms will be deemed to fully understand, agree, and accept that JustChat has collected, counted, analyzed, and used their information in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to The user shall be deemed to fully understand, agree and accept that "JustChat" has used all the information filled in, registered, published and recorded on the third-party platforms such as Sina Weibo and Tencent WeChat, including but not limited to the collection, statistics and analysis. Once a User registers, logs in and uses the "JustChat" service using a third party platform account, any use of such third party recorded information by "JustChat" shall be deemed to have been fully agreed to and accepted by the User.
2.5 Users' personal information, including their real names, cell phone numbers, emails, mailing addresses, etc., registration information, third-party platform account information, and non-user personal information on the "JustChat" website and mobile client. JustChat" hereby promises to keep the above-mentioned user privacy information strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party / third person unless expressly authorized by the user or otherwise required by law. If a user fraudulently registers with a false account name, or if his or her account avatar, profile, or other registered content contains illegal or undesirable information, "JustChat" reserves the right to take such measures as notifying the deadline for correction, suspension, or deregistration.
2.7 Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords on the "JustChat" platform and are fully responsible for all actions on the "JustChat" websites and mobile clients. Users may not lend their accounts to others, or they assume full responsibility for any liability that may arise from doing so, and are jointly and severally liable with the actual user. 4.1 Users agree to abide by national laws and regulations and to pay strict attention to their own words and content in the course of using the JustChat service. All users are prohibited from posting the following comments and content, which will be seriously dealt with by "JustChat" if violated.

4.2 In addition to the cases listed in paragraph 1 of this Article, if the User has posted other illegal information, bad information, serious violations of social morality, or other violations of legal prohibitions, and if, for example, the personal data provided is not true or does not correspond to the information provided at the time of registration and fails to provide reasonable proof, or if required by regulatory authorities, for security reasons or in other necessary cases. 5.1 The User hereby acknowledges and agrees that JustChat has a free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, compile, publish, translate, create derivative works based on, transmit, perform and publicly display any public information posted by the User through JustChat, in whole or in part. However, JustChat will not be held responsible for any economic losses incurred by users as a result. 8.2 The ownership, operation and interpretation of the Services under this Agreement shall remain with the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify and update the User Agreement as necessary, and to publish the modifications and changes through the website or mobile client without further notice. If you continue to use the Services after the modification and update takes effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes to the User Agreement and to have complied with the latest User Agreement.
